There was a cute moment between Justin Bieber and Sandra Bullock on the Golden Globes red carpet. A witness reports, "Justin really wanted to meet Sandra, and made a beeline for her on the carpet. He tapped her on the back and in troduced himself, saying, 'Hi, I am Justin.' Sandra was really sweet to him and said, 'Of course I know who you are. I knew you were here because of all the screams [
