Justin Beiber, Cracking Under Baby Mama Scandal? (video)

Justin Bieber forgot the words of one of his hit songs under the Mistletoe at Christmas album "Today Show" this week that the singer could be under stress from his trials with alleged child mother Mariah Yeater.

The case took a serious turn this last week, after Yeater counsel refused to accept the DNA sample taken Bieber in New Jersey, because no one representing the 20-year-old woman San Diego was there to observe the test.

Disputes over the test could eventually send the matter back to the Court if both sides cannot agree on review.

Attorney Jeffrey Yeater Leving also beat back false tabloid gossip site TMZ reports and elsewhere, that his client is now trying to dodge her child tests.

He said that she could not wait for the test, which put the ball directly back to the Bieber in court.

Teenage star tried to go about their business with appearances on NBC'S "Today Show" and "the David Letterman late show." but he was clearly off his game.

On "the Today Show," he forgot the words during singing "Santa Claus is coming to town" in front of the national audience.

The song is his No. 1.Chrismas album.

Bieber tried to hide by repeating a verse "he makes the list several times instead of correct lyrics.

17-year-old stopped singing altogether at one point and danced around to cover his mistake.

Obviously Yeater was alluding to.

Asher, who joined Bieber onstage Yeater said, claimed that the father of her child "Bieber comes with the territory.

He should know. Asher's relationship with TLC Member Rozonda Thomas "Chile" was completed in 2003, after she accused the singer sustained deceit.

"Usher did the ultimate no-no to me ... I will never be with him again, and that's that," she said at the time.

Two years ago, he filed for divorce from wife Tameka foster, after she suffered a serious injury. Together they have two children.

Bieber, other major endurance came at the end of the show when he boasted that he was to all seven continents.

Letterman asked him to name them, but Bieber drop-out rates from secondary school, fumbled reply. What he could not recall was most obvious – Europe. Oh yeah, and Australia.
