Oprah, Lady GaGa, Justin Bieber, Conan most-stalked users on Twitter

The surreal Twitter bug in which any user could force any other user to automatically start following them at the drop of a tweet revealed a new kind of Twitter popularity ranking, one in which the world learned which celebrities Twitter users most wished were following them back. The list was topped not by Twitter’s most follower user, Ashton Kutcher, but instead Oprah Winfrey was in the top
